Levi’s new attraction: Santa’s House is being built in the Elves village
Levi’s tourism offerings will receive a significant addition with the construction of a new, 1,000 square meter Santa’s house complex in the Elves village Experience Village in Köngäs.
The project involves constructing a Santa’s house complex in the Tonttula courtyard in Köngäs, Kittilä. This complex will include the Elves Center, a multifunctional building for experience program services, and Santa Claus’s home. The total floor area of these buildings is 1,000 square meters. The construction of the Santa Claus house is currently underway, and the complex is scheduled to open to the public at the beginning of the 2024 winter season.
YBT delivered the precast concrete structures for the project, fully installed. Viljo the elf, who blogs about the construction project, has been satisfied with YBT’s products.
